Executive Director, Foundation and Engagement
Elouise oversees the Women’s Health Foundation, events, support for States and Territories Committees and Quality Assurance Programs at RANZCOG. With a strong focus on engagement, she collaborates with her fellow leaders and colleagues on opportunities for growing relationships, revenue and reputation for the College.
Elouise joined RANZCOG with nearly two decades of experience in the for-purpose sector, working in leadership roles in volunteering, health, consumer and peak bodies, membership organisations and associations, the performing arts, medical research and disability. She has applied her skills and experience over the years to advance causes and to enable the mission and goals of organisations for which she has worked and whose values and purpose align with her own. Her core professional background includes fundraising and philanthropy, communications and marketing, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and business development.
Elouise has extensive governance experience and is currently Deputy Chair of the Board of Fundraising Australia (FIA), as well as Chair of the FIA Foundation. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Community Directors, where she obtained her Diploma of Governance. In addition to her Bachelors degree in communications, she also has an MBA from Deakin University.
