Executive Director, Operations
Daniel is responsible for leading the Operations Department at RANZCOG, overseeing business units such as Information Technology, People and Wellbeing (HR), First Nations Health, DEI, Facilities and Property, the Member and Trainee Support Unit, and Historical Collections.
In this role, he drives strategic initiatives to enhance internal operations and the College’s IT strategy, leads digital transformation, fosters a diverse and inclusive workforce, and supports the delivery of RANZCOG’s core business of education and training.
His career encompasses numerous leadership and specialist roles in the community health sector, the not for profit sector, and commercial sector. Daniel is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), and holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management.
